    Additionally, the program which DimVESA is based upon, is included for
reference.  Please understand that DIMMER v1.0 is freeware (or public domain)
and you may use it at no cost, even if you are a business user.

    However, DimVESA v3.1 is shareware, since I put lots of work into it.  It
is still free for private use, but you must get a site license to use it in a
business (real cheap -- see ORDER.TXT)
